Sapa - Coc Ly Tuesday Market Tour 2 Days - 3 Nights from Hanoi

There are some interesting Hill Tribe markets in Lao Cai province which are open on the distinct days of the weeks such as Bac Ha Sunday Market, Cao Son Wednesday Market,…If you travel to Vietnam not on the days to join these markets, you can join Coc Ly Market which is held on every Tuesday. Taking this trip, you can discover Sapa and the hill tribe villages surrounding plus this colorful Wednesday Market of Coc Ly.

Tour program:

Night 1 - Sunday: Ha Noi - Lao Cai
Depart at 20.00 from your hotel. Overnight on AC Soft Sleeper Hanoi - Lao Cai train.

Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa  (B, L,)  
Arrive at Lao Cai Train station at about 6.30. It takes about 1 hour to be transferred to Sapa. Having breakfast and relax before explore Sapa Town. In the afternoon, take a drive to visit Lao Chai village – home of Black H’Mong – here you trek through terraced rice fields to villages, meet and talk with locals to learn more about their daily life and habits. You trek through Ta Van village – home of Dzay hill tribe and get on car back to Sapa.

Night 2 - Monday: Overnight at your hotel in Sapa

Day 2: Sapa -  Coc Ly - Lao Cai (B, L,)
Leave Sapa for Lao Cai then Coc Ly tribal market, which offer the chances to see H’Mong and Dzao minority people in their most colorful costumes. Take a boat trip down stream on Chay river with picnic lunch. Enjoy scenic view from river and trek to Dzao, Tay minority villages. On the way visit Vietnam - China International Border Gate.  Return back to Lao Cai.

Night 3: Overnight at an AC 4 berth soft sleeper train to Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi (B,)
Arrive in Hanoi early morning. Get your own taxi to the hotel. Check-in at Sunny Hotel (at No 1 Ngo Gach Street) for breakfast and bathing (check-out time at is 12h00). Finish tour.
